Shipping & Handling
Economy delivery to US addresses for most items ranges from $4.50 to $14.95 per order. We calculate the total based on the type and number of items you order. The shipping and handling fee includes labor and material costs, packaging and processing fees, and it may exceed the actual cost paid by Kente Ribbon And More to its carrier to send the item(s) to you. Sales tax will be assessed on the shipping charge in certain states, where applicable.
Surcharges & Exclusions
Heavy or bulky items you order, we charge a shipping fee between $4.95 and $24.95, as this may incur additional delivery surcharges, like Express or Overnight shipments.
Estimated shipping times
1) We usually ship to the USA Lower 48 States within 3-5 business days.
2) We do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping company (usually USPS First Class Mail). We are not responsible for any shipper’s delays.
3) Buyers who live outside of the USA Lower 48 States MUST CONTACT US BEFORE YOU PURCHASE to make sure we can ship to your location. IF we agree to ship to your location we MUST receive your location, zip code, any special requirements, AND NEED-BY DATE.
4) NOTE: We reserve the right to refuse to ship to your location for whatever reason.
Customs and import taxes
1) Any orders for International shipping MUST be agreed upon PRE-ORDER.
2) Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Cancellation of Order
We will accept a cancellation of an order if you contact us within 24 HOURS of your payment.
Refunds will be ONLY in the form of crediting the Buyer’s original form of payment.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns under the following conditions:
1) Contact us if you have any problems with your order within: 14 days of delivery.
2) You must explain to us your reason for wanting to return your item, and if you are requesting a refund or exchange.
3) NOTE: We reserve the right to refuse refunds/exchanges.
4) Item(s) must ship back in ORIGINAL PACKAGING within 30 days of delivery. If the item(s) is/are not returned in its original condition, Buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
5) If we agree to a refund/exchange, original shipping cost will not be refunded and Buyer is responsible for return/exchange shipping costs.
We DO NOT refund, accept returns, or exchanges for the following:
ALL custom or personalized orders.
ALL graphic orders (digital downloads) emailed or otherwise.
ANY partially used items.
ANY items on sale.
Digital Graphic Policy
1) ALL Digital Graphic orders are NON-REFUNDABLE. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to read complete description in full and ask questions BEFORE purchasing.
2) ALL Digital Graphics will be sent VIA email.
3) Digital Graphics can be sent in the following file forms only: PNG – JPG – PDF – ZIP
4) Should Buyer’s Digital Graphic(s) need to be sent in a ZIP file (ie: because of size), it is Buyer’s responsibility to make sure they can open a ZIP file.
5) Digital Graphics will not be emailed to the Buyer until total payment has been confirmed.
